Sunstone Hotel Investors releases its latest quarterly figures

Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc (NYSE:SHO) surged by 11.23% over the last one week, making it one of the most bullish stocks during the weekly period.

Q2 2020 Operational Results:

Sunstone reported a net loss of $117.5 million for the latest quarter which is significantly lower than the $45.9 million net income that the company reported in Q2 2019. The net loss for the latest quarter would have been lower at $99.4 million if impairment loss that was realized during the quarter would have been excluded.

The company also revealed that its 20 hotel portfolio RevPAR experienced a 98.1% drop to $3.99. The 20 Hotel Portfolio RevPAR's adjusted EBIDTA re Margin decreased to (548.5)% which represents a decline of 58,280 basis points. Its adjusted EBITDA re dropped 147.4% to $(47.0) million exclusive of non-controlling interest. The adjusted FFO dropped to 186.1% to $(0.31) per diluted share.

Energy Fuels announces the restructuring of its management

He will be in charge of regulatory procedures related to the company's operations through his new role.

Mr. Bernard Bonifas who is Energy Fuel's current director for its Wyoming Operations will be the new Director of ISR operations.

Ms. Sarai Luksch has been appointed as the company's Controller. Ms. Dee Ann Nazarenus who was the previous Director of Human Resources & Administration will be the new President of the same division. Mr. Logan Shumway has been appointed as the company's new director of conventional operations at the company.
