Annaly Capital Management Declares Q3 2020 Dividends

Annaly Capital Management Inc. (NYSE:NLY) was up 0.14% over the last one month. The company has declared a Series D Cumulative Preferred shares cash dividend of $0.46875 per share for Q3 2020 per terms of its 7.5% Series D Preferred Stock. Also, the board has per terms of its 6.95% Series F Fixed to Floating Rate Preferred Shares and 6.5% Series G Preferred shares declared dividends of $0.434375 and $0.40625 per share respectively.

Annaly equally declared a dividend of $0.42185 per share on Series I Preferred Stock for Q3 2020. The dividend shall be payable on September 30, 2020, to shareholders that will have been on record as of September 1, 2020.

Park Hotels and Resorts Reports Its Q2 2020 Results

For Q2 2020 the company suspended its dividend payment due to the impact of the pandemic.
