'We left behind children in incubators:' Witnesses describe hospital shelled in Sudan's clashes

The hospital is meters away from Sudan’s army headquarters, which the RSF has made repeated attempts to take over.
The hospital’s maternity ward was struck in the shelling, causing a wall there to collapse, according to hospital employees.

“The smell of death was everywhere.”“There was no electricity, no water there inside the hospital,” said a third medic.
“Sudan’s hospitals under fire,” the Central Committee of Sudan doctors said in a statement on its Facebook page, warning of the potential collapse of the health sector if clashes continue.
