Housing crisis creates an opportunity for savvy investors - Noelle Randall is proof

Many homeowners are struggling to keep up with their mortgage payments in the current housing market. This is especially true for those who are upside down on their mortgages, owing more than their home is currently worth. The current situation is putting tremendous stress on families and is likely to lead to an increase in foreclosures in the coming years.

The situation is starting to look bleak as the fear of a housing crisis looms. However, it also creates a unique situation for real estate investors. Millionaire entrepreneur Noelle Randall is living proof that real estate investors can make the most out of a bad situation with enough forward-thinking and perseverance.

A casualty of the 2008 financial crisis

The 2008 global financial crisis was a major shock to the world economy. This was a time when many people lost their homes and their jobs. The housing market crashed, and the economy took a nosedive. Many people were left homeless and without a way to support themselves.

Noelle Randall had a great job and did real estate on the side before the recession upended her life. Randall found herself in a very difficult situation.

"I lost everything. My husband and my three kids, and I lost everything. I was humiliated and embarrassed. I literally had to move into my parents' basement with my kids. This was a real low point for me," Randall shares. "I was broke, bankrupt, and had multiple foreclosures."

Randall had to figure a way out to earn multiple income streams and bounce back from the damage the crisis caused. She got a mentor to help guide her through real estate investing.

Figuring out how to earn multiple income streams to improve her life's state became Randall's motivation at the time. Through a mentor, Randall utilized real estate investing which started her upward journey towards success.

The solution that led her to being a successful entrepreneur

"I thought that this was a terrible time to get into real estate, but my mentor at the time told me that this was the perfect timing," Randall shares.

Randall got into wholesaling through her mentor. He taught her how to find distressed unlisted properties on the MLS, and she built her business around helping people with property problems. She got them under contract and could wholesale those deals. She also looked for opportunities in those same deals to fix and flip those properties to create another stream of income.

Randall recovered by marketing herself as a solution to the real estate problems everyone was facing at the time and helped people get out of foreclosures and bankruptcy. She eventually invested in rental properties as the market started recovering to earn an additional passive income stream.

Randall left her 6-figure job to concentrate on her real estate business and has expanded her business. She has ventured into AirBnB, short-term rentals, corporate housing, small apartment rentals, construction, commercial buildings, assisted living homes, and storage facilities.

Continued Success

Her real estate business's success continued to build from there. Randall founded multiple companies like FDR Horizon Enterprises, a private real estate equity firm, and NuuRez Inc., which specializes in short-term rentals.

She also founded Noelle Randall coaching, where she mentors and offers business opportunities to aspiring entrepreneurs. Randall has helped thousands create wealth and earn financial independence through her mentoring.

Her upcoming GROW YOUR WEALTH Investor Summit is a great way to kickstart success. This three-day real estate education conference includes a tour of real properties and the opportunity to learn more about the industry's secrets from Noelle Randall herself.
