Cody Patrick is making a name in the music industry

Cody Patrick is a music industry veteran who has seen his career grow by leaps and bounds in the last 16 years. Asylum Records has appointed Patrick as part of its A&R team, and his music marketing company continues to be one of Atlanta's leading music marketing agencies.

Throughout his career, he has received multiple RIAA Gold / Platinum Record Certification awards for his work on Sada Baby's gold single, "Whole Lotta Choppas," Hotboii's gold single featuring Lil Baby, "Don't Need Time," and the 2 times platinum-certified album, "Culture II" by Migos.

After years of managing, creating and executing marketing campaigns for multiple artists in the Atlanta Hip Hop community, Cody Patrick founded boutique promotion firm Organic Music Marketing in 2012.

During his early years in Atlanta, Cody connected with music video director and filmmaker, Chad Tennies.

"Chad and I produced many hit music videos, including "Bad and Boujee" by Migos, "Broccoli" by DRAM, "Never" by JID, "Sassy" by Rapsody, and "Jefe" by TI and Meek Mill," says Patrick.

"I returned to marketing after my career in music video production and began working with Hitmaker Music Group in 2017. There I was able to work on digital marketing campaigns with artists like Gunna, Da Baby, Migos, and more," adds Patrick.

Patrick says that he has learned more and more each year about the music industry. He adds, "I would like to focus on my new career at Asylum records and continue to help artists through his unique digital marketing campaigns and activations."

The music industry veteran started his music career in 2006 and began working for several local musicians and bands in Atlanta in 2016.
