Check this minecraft skin rendering library I made out!

Hi guys,

together with a friend I made a minecraft skin rendering and utility library in python. Usage should be quite obvious. I did my best to document it on github. The main rendering logic was taken from supermamie's skin renderer which doesnt have a license so copying it should be okay. We however greatly improved it's performance (compared to the original php), made an actual fix for old skins and display extra layers properly.

It's a fairly new project so please excuse any bugs/glitches/whatever you may find. Feel free to create an issue on github.

Source code:

PyPi:

The code is a mess but it works and thats all that matters, right?

Any kind of feedback is welcome!
